Guest guest
well, this weekend, we had more guests - this time the inlaws. and man, what a DIFFERENCE! during and after dinner (our very own organic pasture-raised ham with no nitrates and cured with celtic sea salt, baked with a bit of raw honey, organic broccoli, cabbage, kale, and maine kelp, raw cultured butter, freshly made raw farm cheese, fresh and warm organic applesauce, and of course gallons of raw jersey milk) there were plenty of compliments on how very tasty everything was. but the best was, about two hours after dinner, i asked the MIL if she was hungry or wanted tea or anything. she said - are you ready for this? - " no, i'm great! in fact, this is the first time i've eaten a meal in ages that i don't feel sick afterwards! maybe *i* should find some of that milk... " of course, it wasn't just the milk, but the milk is the part she most latched on to. and whatever, ya know? whee! -katja, much happier this weekend
