Heidi,

I was never much into drinking beer but... since I gave up gluten 9 yrs ago

I discovered cider... here in the UK we have LOTS of it and some really good

quality 'artisan', organic cider...

Ever tried any?

Yes .. it IS good. Some of it has gluten in the coloring and I haven't kept

track

of which is ok. However, my kefir-cider is pretty darn good ....

We call it Heidi's Hooch and we usually make it out of grape juice. :)

I'm out of juice so i'm trying a simple syrup heavily flavored with

ginger.

Oh sheesh ... I can see it now, my kids will grow up in in a world

where my 15 minutes of fame relates to fermenting ... hic ...
