Guest guest Posted February 6, 2004 Report Share Posted February 6, 2004 I been doing a lot of training lately ( primarily stretching but holds of 1min 30x2 reps per body part ) Half a dozen times a day so there is a reasonable amount of muscle contraction in certain areas holding poses ect. This has made me REALLY hungry to where I almost get the shakes in my hands. Tonight im going to end up start eating like like 5pm. Each day my dinner comes a hour earlier....
