I answered this in another post ... but basically it is a grain

that is used for food in many parts of the world. Makes

a great flour. You can buy sorghum from Bob's Red Mill

at many grocery stores, and probably health food

stores. You can also buy it really cheap at Indian grocers,

but it is called something else (and I don't know the Indian

name for it). You can also buy it cheap online at

www.twinvalleymills.com, where they also have info about it.
