Sounds great - although I think it's rather impossible to go wrong with anything with that much cheese in it! I always used to say EVERYTHING tastes perfectly fine if you put enough cheese sauce on it! Already had cauliflower on my list for organic market tomorrow - now I'll just get more than I planned! Now ... got anything for beets? I suspect I'm still gonna hate 'em when I try 'em again. <g> MFJ Any moment in which you feel like dancing is a perfect moment. Heartburn after from tomatoes in sauce but no GI sleepy blahs like gluten pasta. Tried another rice spaghetti once before. Was starchy glob in pot before draining. No go for other two on that, outvoted. :-) Am weaning them down on gluten with cooking them something with gluten once a week. Thanks on Tinkyada. For what I'm going to eat of gf pasta better to get cauliflower that everyone will eat. Thinking of starting some cauliflower plants for the garden. That way I can freeze a bunch, eat a bunch and save some planet resources in shipping costs. Never have seen it for sale locally. Can be grown here. No go >for other two on that, outvoted. :-) Most rice spaghettis are horrid. The only ones that seem to work are the Asian noodles (which aren't the same as pasta), and Tinkyada (which really is just like wheat pasta, maybe a little easier to cook, it doesn't get gummy so easy). Dr. Shar has some tiny egg noodles that kids love in soup though, for chicken noodle soup that tastes like the canned kind (yech, but the kids like it). -- Heidi Jean
