Serve a big salad and smoked salmon with fresh apple-chutney relish.

Or just eat the fruit/salad part of the meal and a little meat ... some meat

is ok during the day, raw fruits and vegies are fine, and no one really

notices if you eat the starch or not.

so i'm thinking about warrior diet stuff too. and i'm wondering, all you

WDtypes, what do you do when you have company?

" Company " means for dinner right? The same! Just prepare the food that you

would eat for everyone. Lunch - salad is good. Breakfast I manage to avoid but

if I do have breakfast out then I go for eggs.

What about soup for lunch and perhaps sandwiches or muffins to go with

it. You can eat a small bowl of soup and let them eat the rest. If

you're gabbing all the while they likely won't notice how little

you're eating. Serve hot tea or coffee also and you can keep yourself

busy sipping, which also distracts from the fact that you're not

eating much. :)

*giggles* I'm sure Katja will be using your advice. Seems to be

exactly how it works whenever I've been over for lunch anyway! Next

time it looks like I'll just be keeping my self filled up with raw

milk!
