OT - Girl (yeast) question

Hi everyone,

I am looking for natural girl yeast solutions - ie ways to avoid canestan. Canestan works really great but is more chemical than I would want to use these days.

I found these neem and tea tree pessaries a while back ..

http://www.nutricentre.com/Products/Products/PID-HOMTTO07.aspxhttp://www.nutricentre.com/Products/Products/PID-HOMNEEM03.aspx

(!!! watch out for their plastic caps - not obvious I thought!!! Easy to use them with the caps still on if you are not careful) Otherwise I thought they were OK - but might it be better to implant good bacteria than kill bad ?? Not sure.

I recently bought a very expensive solution from our health food shop

http://www.bodykind.com/productdetails/CatIDx233/ProdIDx1052/Vagiclear-feminine-vaginal-hygiene-plus-applicator-1x.htm

There are only 10 capsules in the pot (!!). Used 2 in one application - but still didn't seem very effective... I really have no idea if it is possible to use regular probio capsules (worried about the capsule shell).

I'd appreciate any ideas by post or email.

I know that yoghurt or kefir work but have never used these ... I've never used a tampon either so not sure how I could effctively use these. (?)

Best wishes,Sandy

-Hi Sandi,

Could you buy a syringe from a chemist and insert the yoghurt or

kefir ?
