Bacopa

DESCRIPTION:The Ayurvedic botanical Bacopa monniera has been used in

India for centuries to enhance learning and academic performance,

improve mental alertness, and sharpen short- and long-term memory.

The scientific literature reports that Bacopa monniera can enhance

mental focus in stressful situations, and improve mental clarity and

mood. In addition, an animal study investigating the effects of

botanicals on the thyroid found Bacopa increased T4 levels by 41

percent, suggesting a thyroid-stimulating effect., or who might

become pregnant, should consult a health-care practitioner before

using this product.

Hi Natasa,

We used 20 drops 3 times a day. Ramped up - 1st day 8 drops, next day 16

and held a couple of days then 20 drops and stayed there. Was day 3 when

all stopped but saw nice stuff after that as well. Bottle said 20-30

drops tid.

As mentioned used Dandelion (and Milkthistle) as well, had a few spots

on face about day 5 but they went and that was it. Did it for a month

and now stopped to see if it all sticks.

We had fever, bad chesty cough and a herpes fever blister on the side

of the nose, 8 days after starting ldm 100 at 10 drops per day built

up from 2 drops.

stopped it and am going to start again. I was taking it too and am

now experiencing some " activity " under my arm pit, quite sore. ?? b---
