Guest guest
update. last night after my 6th flush in 2 days i found out i had read the directions wrong and was only supposed to be doing one flush per day - not 3. oops! LOL. in any case, i was too full of liquids yesterday to drink any juices or broths as recommended, but then i did have 3 flushes in me which includes juice and oil, so that probably made up for the missed juices. my energy was pretty good yesterday but not as good as day 1. i did have another good workout yesterday and found my strength increasing considerably over last week. i did my last flush before bed last night around 10 and got a headache afterward, which is a rarity for me. then i woke up around 3 a.m. and was bathed in sweat and my head felt strange - sort of dizzy and just out of whack. it was a weird feeling - something was definitely going on. i was fine when i woke up but didn't get full energy until i finished my morning flush a few minutes ago. i look forward to not having to flush 3x today! less work. but i do enjoy the taste, and will probably do a flush every morning until i use up all those bags of apples and lemons i bought. oh, and for some reason i'm not missing my morning coffee although i'm quite addicted to coffee and haven't been able to kick the habit during a couple of recent attempts. i don't even feel like it when i envision drinking it. interesting...
