Guest guest Posted February 27, 2004 Report Share Posted February 27, 2004 well. here we are on day 5 and i feel spiffy! i do still need to pick up the book, cause i have a few questions her eand there, but overall this has been very easy for us. one thing that i have found very interesting is the psychology behind it: there have been times in the past that i've dieted by giving up meals or tried (gasp) slimfast or whatever, and i always felt cruddy and hungry during the day. in principle, this is very little different than that, but i feel fabulous. i'm not exactly sure what the difference is beyond mindset - well, that's not true exactly. a big difference is not worrying about calories: just eating the right stuff at the right time and at night eating till i'm full... anyway. interesting!
