well, we've jumped in as well. yay!!

this is the first time i've *looked forward* to monday in forever! i'm so

excited about this! :)

in case anyone else comes up with questions from family/friends, here's two

responses we came up with:

what is the warrior diet (why are you doing this?) -

because the body is designed to consume food and create fat for later use.

when we eat all day long, we're creating the fat but we're never giving our

bodies a chance to use that fat. by undereating during a part of the day,

the body is better able to follow the natural cycle of fat creation and use.

and ohmigod, how could you starve your child like that! (this one's

premature, she's still a boobie girl) -

amber grazes during the day on fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, ... according

to what her body needs, and at night we make sure that she gets plenty of

calories of fat and protein to fuel her body.

we're ready!!

:P

Beautifully said. :) Yeah, has responded really well to this, he

likes the big meal at the end of the day and has been eating more... he ate

an entire perch(ok, it was small, like 10oz w/bone and heads and guts, but

still)and yesterday he had 5 eggs. I think children naturally eat this way,

though unfortunately many snack on fruit cups, graham crackers, pop tarts,

dry cereal, etc.

I'm loving the WD, and the faint feeling went away. Just don't step on the

scale after dinner, I weighed 6lb more the other day(soup, milk reserves and

lots of water after dinner was probably half of that) and almost flipped

out, but it went back down the next day. Curiosity kills the cat, you know?

:)

Good luck!
