Hi , just wanted to update you on Chromium for .

He is definitely far less raging, still a huge eater but not frantic,

think this whole blood sugar thing is an issue for him.

Now if I could just get my head round cooking organs we will be away,

lol.

Edith will eat heart Vicky -- it's her favourite. She doesn't know it's

offal. I can hardly bear to touch it myself because it makes me think of

little baa lambs but it's very very easy to cook. Our butcher sells

trays of them (six to a tray) I put them in a heavy casserole with a

little liquid and bake them for about an hour on gas mark 2. Very rich

in co-enzyme Q10 and very cheap. Edith loves them to the point where I

wonder if she feels them doing her good
