Guest guest
I brew in a closet that fluctuates between 64 and 69 degrees. Our drafty apartment is very hard to keep at a constant temperature. I thought about brewing my KT on a heating pad but had second thoughts. Since the yeast are most abundant at the bottom of the brew, wouldn't using a heating pad overstimulate the yeast and produce an excess amount of it?
