Guest guest
Bromelain is the enzyme in pineapple, it is a strong protein digesting enzyme. Papaya contains a better all around enzyme. It operates over a larger pH range and is gentler than bromelain. Papaya enzyme also helps to digest fats and sugars as well. http://www.ginsengcompany.com/greenpapaya_more.htm I have to be careful with raw pineapple. If I eat very much my lips will start to burn from the enzymes. : -) Regards, Bruce From: " Byron " > No kidding.
