Before I started doing NT properly and was on the last legs with my

" detoxing raw foods thing "

I got 3 REAL bad colds within 8 weeks.

Since then even though I feel I am not function at 100% still I have not had

1 cold in over 1 year and 3 months

And couldn't imagine suffering through that ever again hey

I wonder if they are getting that many colds/flu per year because

they need to detoxify and that's the body's way of getting rid of the

gunk? Just a thought.

That's frightening -- being sick for several days every six weeks. We're

just primed for some kind of plague, aren't we.
