Wish you had posted it yesterday because I was forced to drink ;-) the remainder of the coconut milk that I used to heat up the leftovers of the lamb curry from the night before. Which coconut milk do you use? I noticed on the can of Thai (whatever the rest of the brand name is) that while is does have guar gum, it says Not Made From GMO Coconuts.
