Guest guest
ok, guys. you're all exceedingly quiet today. and this training session i'm in is *so* dull, i am becomming tempted to jump into one of those evolution threads. and we really *don't* want that, now, do we? on my lunch break, i went across to the mall/foodcourt to forage for something to eat. more to get out of the building than to actually get food. finding organic veggies was out of the question but i did think i'd be able to find *some* veggies... while i was there, i nearly imploded. granted, i live in a fairly sheltered, " solitary " environment these days, but i was overwhelmed by all the mothers and children and what they were doing. it hurt. i got back and was talking to a co-worker who also has an 11month old child, who is " having a lot of food allergies... " , in particular casein. i suggested gluten and the father, though i gave him credit for actually *bookmarking* the celiac site, was dead set against it. why? cause he would feel too terrible if his child had to live without wheat! i couldn't figure out how to explain to him that his child was actually not entitled to wheat to begin with. farm good. city...overwhelming.
