The normal stuff. DHA can be converted to EPA very easily, while EPA cannot

so easily be converted to DHA. Further, DHA is important structurally in the

brain and retina, while EPA is primarily useful for hormonal purposes.

I just think this is an excuse to sell a more " modified " product when the

natural version does just fine.

Hmm... ok, well go with the ones that have about a 1:1 ratio of EPA:DHA.

Hi Chris

All the brands are " normal " and " natural " . None of

them have been modified. So which one would be best?

The ones with higher DHA?

Thanks
