It's not a top priority right now, since I've just started integrating kettlebells into my workout, and since I don't have money to buy _The Naked Warrior_. Guest guest Posted February 27, 2004 Report Share Posted February 27, 2004 I think it could also really help in the weights you lift over time hey I don't have that book either but I took some ideas from that maxalding site that had the books pages free to dload for what looked to be the same type of training. There is an athlete here ( 400m hurdler ) who might miss the Olympics because she was " bulking up " With a similar weights program you are doing but because she did not also focus on the stabilizing/core the pulled her hip out then tore a bunch for muscles due to that. Since hurting myself ive accumulated a tonne of info and touch wood all these things not only make me very strong with dedication but also thwart any further injuries from occurring down the track _____ From: ChrisMasterjohn@...
