I lost the 25 pounds so that I'd be slender again and feel good about

my body. Little did I know that getting off the carbs would result in

so much more than just weight loss. I now have energy and vitality

that I never had during my decades on the hypoglycemic rollercoaster.

By summer, I will have had four months of weight training (3x/week

with a trainer), and I plan on putting that muscle to good use. First

on my list is to learn how to wind surf.
