Guest guest
Hey Ron, Don't be scared. Thank God that it's out of your system. I do notice that when I haven't drank any tea for a while there is a cleansing that takes place when I start again. Those toxins will come out. Don't see it as a bad thing, but par for the course. Different Subject: I just started making the tea again. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Is there anyone out there that has this and has been drinking the tea? If so, I'd like to know your results. Thanks, Veela Veela Ammons “Empty pockets never held anyone back. Guest guest
CALL YOUR DOCTOR it sounds like a bladder infection not the Kombucha All the best, Skye What a scare I had this morning Hello folks, When I awoke this morn, and had my morning trip to the bathroom, at the end I felt a burning and noticed a little blood...Oh yes I did panic, got weak and thought for sure The kombucha I was drinking was doing me in....I ran to the kitchen and started drinking water, and within minutes I had to go again...This time I caught it in a jar to examine....This time I saw blood and something sort of squiggly looking, and a few other things floating around....I was sure, something was extremely wrong....I drank more water, and after this urine has cleared, burning has stopped and haven't a clue what the heck this was...Could this have been something like an inside mole, and was being flushed from my body...I have had recent check ups, from both ends, nothing found at all....Wife seems to think this is kombucha at work....I think I agree...cause after whatever it was passed, all is normal Now....I think the blood must have come from whatever it was that passed, not from me.. Has anyone else had such a happening?? I feel fine, blood pressure is normal...Just sitting here scratching my head......Ron and vivian in leander tx

Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to kombucha, haven't even made any yet, still reading posts. I have, however, done some various cleansings and have read up a great deal, and to me it sounds as if you may have gotten rid of either some parasites or maybe even some candida. Either way, " better out than in! " It's quite possible that the kombucha could have that kind of cleansing effect. Did the " squiggly things " have any color? Guest guest
Sounds alot like a bladder infection...cystitis can often cause bloody urine, and the squiggly thing is what small clots tend to look like (former urology nurse and current ICU nurse here!). It's always good advice to see your doc. These things often do pass fairly quickly especially with lots of water, and my favorite, cranberry juice. I can't see how kombucha could cause it, and may well have beneficial effects, but that's just speculation on my part. The main thing is to rule out other things...so consider seeing your doc, especially if it continues or happens again... Ginger
