Okay, don't worry, Suze, my little guys aren't anywhere close to the

computer today, so this is just between us humans now. [rolls up

sleeve] For starters, I don't recall you mentioning any shrimp in

your kimchi???? Mine's got tons of it, and studies have shown the

chitin to kick the microbial jams into overdrive, so you ain't even

SEEN real kimchi yet Not to mention the special bacteria I've

isolated from the wild garlic grass and stinging nettle in my

backyard*!! My bacteria are so happening that I've accidentally put

my foot in the jar a few times thinking it was my shoe! But, hey,

all that is just mucking around with small firearms... You forget

that I can just pull out my

waterbugs!!! " pungency " , " pheromones " ... hehe, You don't know what

you're up against!!!!
