I do the same thing for hamburger as described there, except I mix kefir and spices with the hamburger, press it into the " fruit leather " drying racks, and dry like fruit leather. Then I cut it into strips with kitchen shears when it is done. MUCH easier than trying to lay the hamburger out into little strips. I confess, I DID actually root around the files the other day (that Dom wav just cracked me up - try running it again, only on repeat) - but I never made it to the snacks or desserts sections.
