But that's silly-- for all you know, you could have gained muscle. I'd go purely by looks, personally. I suppose a woman might go by her dress size-- I go by the extent to which my torso conforms to a V-shape and to which by six-pack shows. It doesn't necessarily " look like " anything in particular. It's going to depend on the person. Some people will need more food than others during the day. The main point is to not eat carbs except small portions of fruit (and not many of these, I'd say), and to minimize digestive requirements.
