But that's silly-- for all you know, you could have gained muscle. I'd go

purely by looks, personally. I suppose a woman might go by her dress size-- I

go by the extent to which my torso conforms to a V-shape and to which by

six-pack shows.

deanna/chris -

oh man.

see? this is why i need more research. i have a very visual goal for

weightloss - i have some baby belly left! but on the other hand, i'm REALLY

psychologically tied to some numbers. i think i need to free my brain a bit...

when i gained the two pounds during the 7 days i did warrior (or perhaps

didn't really warrior very well) i was crushed.

hey, another odd thing - when i gave up sugar, i was cranky for a couple

days but no big. when i gave up grains it was easy! but when i warriored

(or not), i started having HUGE cravings for pastry, bread - even

pop-tarts!!! ew!!! and dreams!!! i dreamed nonstop of carbs!!!! glutonous

carbs!! wtf?

i know, i know...but years of eating disorders take their toll. i'm working

on it though!!

what i need to do is work out a list of foods i like and want to eat that

fits into the grazing phase, and try it again. i think i really

misunderstood what the undereating phase was supposed to look like...

It doesn't necessarily " look like " anything in particular. It's going to

depend on the person. Some people will need more food than others during the

day. The main point is to not eat carbs except small portions of fruit (and not

many of these, I'd say), and to minimize digestive requirements. Otherwise,

" undereating " is just the general vague rule of eating less than you normally

would.
