Hi Guys

I think I want to switch back from SNT capsules (Dr H recommended) to

BC. Haven't raised it with Dr M yet.

Jay did better on BC it seemed to me.

I think there's too much B vit stuff going on he can't tolerate.

Has anyone done this? Any health warnings I should be aware of? There

is a schedule on BC site for switching from " a multivit " (guess which!)

to BC. basically saying you go in low a bit at a time, whilst

decreasing the one you want to get rid of at the same rate.

Jay's already on BC minerals, like these.

My feeling is SNT was not for us.

All best

Eileen

Good idea, cheers for that Mandi.

Its clear to me the two formulations are doing very different things -

SNT seems to be more specific to Rimland findings (B6) whereas

Brainchild gives more brain support, I just might be able to do

without extra inositol/choline if I can get the balance right.
