Guest guest
Megagentic is one of the best brands as far as high powered Probiotic's. Some compounding Pharmacies sell it, comes in powered form to sprinkle on food or in capsules. > My doctor really > stresses lots of probiotics. Guest guest
Hi I am hoping someone can help. My daughter who is 9 years old (NT) has had a bit of a rash on her legs the last few days, which I had thought was the first sign of eczema. I have been giving her probiotics and cod liver oil and have been rubbing cold pressed olive oil on the area. Today it has become much redder and is now really sore and angry and is mainly on her inner thighs and around, but not on, her private parts. I have also noticed that she seems to have a yeast infection as I can see some white discharge. Does anyone know what this could be? What is the best cream I can use? Should I put her in the bath or not? She is crying with the pain as it is so uncomfortable and I don't know what to do for the best. Any tips would be very much appreciated. Thanks Nicola
Guest guest
Aqueous Calamine Cream is really good to soothe it. I don't know what the rash is -- an allergy? Canesten cream is good for thrush -- maybe get the doctor to check what it is. Sally Nicola Trotman wrote: > > Hi > > I am hoping someone can help. Guest guest
Thanks - I do intend to take her to the doctors first thing in the morning. I will also get some of the cream. Thanks Eva Re: Rash Aqueous Calamine Cream is really good to soothe it. I don't know what the rash is -- an allergy? Guest guest
You could also try a propolis-based cream to calm it down I agree with Sally re checking with doctor, eczema etc should not hurt ? Guest guest
Nicola, I used to get rashes down the insides of my arms which I thought were perhaps a reaction to my own perspiration. Perhaps your daughter is reacting to the discharge by the same token. Have you got any chamomile tea around. I keep chamomile extract on hand as it's great for skin eruptions of unknown cause. It takes away the itch usually. Bicarb of soda paste is a good alternative. We just chatted about ACV recently. If it is thrush, my doctor in Germany said ACV is good against this internally. Maybe externally it would work also. However I guess best to check to make sure it doesn't sting :-)) Nicola Trotman schrieb: > > Thanks - I do intend to take her to the doctors first thing in the > morning. > > I will also get some of the cream. > > Thanks Eva > > > > * Re: Rash > > Aqueous Calamine Cream is really good to soothe it.
