Guest guest Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 Hi everyone I am coming down with something flu like my son already has it but I don't want to take paracetamol or nurofen as I am pregnant and want to avoid meds as much as poss any suggestions as to what I can take to avoid the worst of the shivers .Going to bed is not an option as already have 2 kids Soph asd and josh nt.Any helpful suggestions gratefully received. emma feeling rouhg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
