Hi Nicola,

I have used CST, and found it very useful. We started when he'd just turned 4 and it got rid of his constant colds. We also found it got rid of his night sweats too!! His health has been so much better, and my husband and I have benefitted cos we no longer get his colds.

There were/are probably other benefits too a much calmer child and probably increased uptake of other therapies. We continue to have it done because we feel he is still benefitting from it.

As with other therapies it's not for everyone and you have to try it first, I beleive if there are going to be any positives you'll be able to tell after one session.
