Fat to muscle testimonial

I've been meaning to post this report and this seems like a good

time. Several months ago, posted a summary of the workout

secrets that gave him the big muscles. I put together my

interpretation of this workout for my scrawny husband. He initially

wasn't interested even though he had reached a plateau of 60 lbs on

his bench press (and equally unimpressive numbers for other

exercises). But when I had almost caught up to his 60 lbs in seven

weeks (after starting at 10 lbs, don't laugh at me) he decided to try

it. Tomorrow (three weeks later) he'll bench 95 lbs. And he's

getting all muscley. And my arms have shape where they'd always been

straight blobs. Like wow.

Okay, so recently I've lost my SAD weight and once every month or so

I step on the scale to make sure it's not creeping back up and the

other week when I weight I had gained 6.5 lbs. Yikes!! I

immediately began to panic and thinking about all the food I've been

eating lately and started planning my diet. Then I thought, hey, my

pants fit exactly the same as they did a month ago. Maybe it's not

fat?? I hopped back on the scale to measure the fat % and it was

down 1%. Yea!!

So I guess the morel to this rather pointless story is 1) The numbers

on the scale sometimes makes women do/think crazy things, 2)

Sometimes weight increases are muscle, 3) Gaining muscle is way cool!

and 4) Chris's workout and my version of it are work fast (you can

find what I used as my guide under the " Scrawny Guys " thread).
