so, when comes the time that all the organic places are also

converted to NT and good stuff? things like this (an ad in Organic

Valley's Rootstock 'zine) and their change to *ultra* pasteurization

of cream, etc, just piss me off. at least they make raw cheeses, but

grr! don't sell out!

From what I understand, their cheeses aren't really raw, they're just

heated a few degrees below the temperature cited in labelling

regulations. And it's not artisanal either.
