I was thinking that the winter would be a good time to use palm oil (different than coconut oil). During the non-grass season, butter would have less vitamins E and A and carotenes. Out of curiosity, is your last name " Jesus " ? Chris
Guest guest
@@@@ i'm just wondering if there's certain time we should have more butter and other times that we should have more coconut oil. it seems to me that they're both good oils and have different health benefits. i'm currently having them both each meal. bonny @@@@@ That's like asking how much carrot you should eat compared to fish. They're just different foods. There are people who eat both; there are people who eat just one (think about those cows on the tropical islands and the palm trees in Greenland); and there are people who eat neither. I think you should eat more butterfat (my favorite way is kefir) in the spring and fall and more coconut fat when you have fresh coconuts in your fridge; I suppose those times could overlap depending on your shopping habits. Guest guest
hi my name actually is neither bonny nor Jesus. Bonny is the English name that my parents gave me when i was very little, so it's as dear to me as my Chinese name. As to jesus, that's because when i created this account on !, i was teenager who, just like everyone else, had an idol of some sort, and mine happened to be Jesus. He's the kind of " idol " that would never fade. although i'm not religious now, he really set me to the land of spiritual, philosophical and artistic wandering (wondering) !! bonny > > Out of curiosity, is your last name " Jesus " ? > > Chris > > >
