Guest guest
Not surprising. My scat research has been more to determine diet. Although tribes always had a nearby water supply its doubtful all washed all their food like raccoons. Eating roots with soil, insects, raw or lightly cooked meat and stomach contents could all give parasites. Cancer seems to be a disease of civilization and extreme domestication. Don't think population numbers in comparison make it look that way.
