Guest guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Share Posted December 14, 2008 As this says, I understood that the conversion from ALA to DHA was extremely inefficient -- maybe 1% -- so that stuff that says High in Omega 3 is not necessarily particularly useful. There's been some unenthusiastic science on Vitamin E recently. So that might be worth checking before you give it.
