Spent a half hour last night going through everywhere it might be besides my recipe book thinking I just sent you copy of card. BTW, Katja has AWESOME BACON from her AWESOME PORK! BTW, Katja has AWESOME BACON from her AWESOME PORK! > >Wanita hahahaha! nope, i just have a copy of the card. and i'm sooo glad you liked the bacon! here it is: 2.5 lbs boneless lean pork, ground 1 lb fresh pork fat, ground into above ..5 lb ground veal ..5c fresh parsley, finely chopped 2tbs salt 2tbs pepper 2tbs crushed fennel seeds 2tbs crushed red pepper 1tsp gound thyme 4 crumbled bay leaves ..5 tsp allspice ..25 tsp nutmeg mix all together! shape into patties or roll for slicing. makes 4lbs. may be frozen up to 3 weeks without flavor change. to bake, place in baking dish, bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until browned, turning once.
