Guest guest
I highly recommend drinking red raspberry leaf infusions during pregnancy (and nettles too.) My dd is almost 3 now, she was born underwater (not in the hospital), had a great pregnancy and very short labor. We were eating the NT way before we knew what it was. She LOVES kefir! I highly recommend homebirth and educating yourself as much as possible about " routine newborn procedures " that hospitals carry out, wihtout even checking for " informed consent " Best book for pregnancy is Susun Weed's " Wise Woman herbal for the childbearing year " Some of it is on her website www.susunweed.com I'm so looking forward to my next pregnancy and birth. It will be totally unhindered by any birth professional. Dana
