Guest guest
I was going to try the Hulda e liver flush this weekend. however, I have just read that you shouldn't eat or drink anything after 2pm. Unfortunately, I have just arranged to go on a friend's hen night - this will involve drinking lots of water at the pub. Will drinking water interfere with the cleanse? Also, can I move the timing on by 2 hours so that I can fit my pub trip in with the schedule? Lastly, what can I eat that is low fat that will satisfy my hunger? I've never eaten low fat (except for 6 weeks once on weight watchers). What about low fat coconut milk mixed into a smoothie with egg whites and bananas (I usually use full fat milk plus egg yolks). Will low fat coconut milk still be too high fat? What about low fat potato chips? I know, not very healthy, but at least potatoes are filling. Hunger scares me more than anything else on the liver flush! Thanks! Jo ___________________________________________________________ Messenger - Communicate instantly... " Ping " your friends today! Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I hope I have responded in time. >I have just read that you shouldn't eat or drink anything after 2pm. >Unfortunately, I have just arranged to go on a friend's hen night - >this will involve drinking lots of water at the pub. ===> In my experience, it's ok if not essential to drink water. However, I would stop at least an hour before drinking the oil to allow the water to pass through your system so the oil doesn't sit on top of the water in your stomach. >Also, can I move the timing on by 2 hours so that I can fit >my pub trip in with the schedule? ===> yes. loads of people changed the timing to suit their schedules/rythms. Some even do daytime flushes. >Lastly, what can I eat that is low fat that will satisfy my hunger? I've never eaten low fat (except for 6 weeks once on weight watchers). Gosh, personally I would stick to raw fruit and vegetables. Others eat oatmeal (with no milk). It's not LOW fat but NON fat that you should be eating to allow the bile to build up and have more pressure to push stuff out of your system. Fasting is also good prep but sounds like this is not an option for you. Hope this helps!! Good luck with it. Let us know how you go.
