What is the quality of the Omega brand? I am looking for a brand of oil that

doesn't have the coconut taste, as my kids won't eat it in certain foods.

Thanks,

Jafa

I've never used spectrum, but I have used Omega,

Coconut Connections, Garden of Life and

Naturesectrets. All but Omega stink when heated. All

but Omega have a REALLY strong coconut taste. I think

Omega is still a good quality oil, but the fact it

doesn't taste much or smell when heated is a benefit

when cooking with it. For the others, I'll have to

get used to the smell, as I have quite a lot to get

through!

There is an FAQ here:

http://www.flaxseedoil.com/faqs-nutrition-coconut.php#

It is expeller pressed, and the flavour removed.

Sounds ideal for cooking to me!
