It's suppost to sink??

Hi list mates,

I just joined and have been looking through past posts. I have

noticed a few of you mention that your bm's are suppost to sink.

Where did you learn that? I have learned from a few sources that

they are suppost to float! What a learned was that if you are

getting enough fiber they float, if you are getting too much protein

they sink, and if too much sugar they leave skid marks. Sorry about

the gross topic, but I'd like to know what is the truth!
