Guest guest Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 I know this has been mentioned inumerable times, but I can't find the answer and can't remember. My first batch has been brewing for 14 days. I tasted it yesterday, as did two of my kids. To us it is pretty sweet with just a hint of tart. The sweet overcomes the tart flavor. To me this means it still needs to brew longer. The temperatures turned cool in our part of Texas right when I started this batch.
