Could it be toxins coming out? Anyone know? Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 it could be food intolerance – I get spots if eating too much fatty cheese (too much meaning more than a slice) or if I overdo on any dairy, even yogurth, and so does my brother.
