It's sturdy and renders an incredibly tasty and creamy product. I highly recommend it. Now that I have a source, albeit an inconvenient one, for raw dairy, I look forward to putting it to more use and am also hoping to expand into kefiring. Here is a list of the available ones in the U.S. If you call the one for your area, they will give you a list of already established coops near you. They carry most all whole grains...
