The flower bed is overrun by Bermuda grass. Thus, to avoid hacking up any

toads, and upsetting my dear son (and me as well , we are putting them in

the other bed. They need to reacquaint themselves with their pond anyway.

They are just coming out of hibernation, but before long they will be having

rowdy, raucous pool parties until the wee hours of the night! Thing is, the

grass will be coming out of dormancy pretty soon too, so hacking away I go.
