There's a buffalo farm in Rutland. I'd imagine there's one closer to you; to

find out, you might want to look up on www.westonaprice.org for the closest

I almost exclusively get frozen liver, so while I'm sure fresh would be

better, I do know frozen is quite good. I get mine from North Star Bison,

which you can find online.

Well, I don't want to suggest raw liver will be a panacea, but it does help

my fatigue a lot.
