Guest guest
Hi, What brand do you use and where from ? Its been recommended to me as the next step after gaba plus and then to add in 5htp. Do you use 5htp? Guest guest
Hi Natasa, Thanks for the reply. I will get some from the Nutricentre. If you don't mind me asking. What are your concerns about gaba? I haven't read about any problems with it. Jane Neno/Natasa wrote: we use VRP brand, from Nutricentre chose it over ‘just’ l-theanine because we were very keen on green tea for its other constituents, like Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) (neuroprotective, I don’t think it would be present in l-theanine purified form). Also all the antioxidant and antiinflammatory effects were studied with green tea as a whole, not only l-theanine, so we thought it may be worth getting it through the full supplement... we have not tried 5hpt. We do use GABA but only now and then, not every day. I think it does help slightly but I'm a bit uneasy using it full on long term natasa Hi, What brand do you use and where from ? Guest guest
Why are you uneasy about GABA?
