Yes,most of the time she can handle the charcoal,I've not tried the

zeolites.

She's not had these symptoms for a while now as I have kept away from

stuff I know upsets her and her bowels have not been too bad.I'm also

a lot quicker with the laxatives now if I see problems starting up.

you think it's better to see a practitioner or could you DIY with the

book and DVD ?
