What is your source for this? Would frozen bison liver be as effective? If I could find this item I'd like to try it, but likely it would be from the internet somewhere. I live in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts and am doing raw milk runs to a farm a few hours away, and have begun trying to adapt to an NT diet in the last couple of months since I first heard Sally Fallon do a day long presentation in January. I'm far from my goals of applying the principles though, since I'm not a cook at all. It's been a very steep learning curve, and I'm quite slow because I'm so fatigued.
