Guest guest
Hey everyone, Thanks for your responses to my last post. ( I'd love to hear especially a bit more about your experiences since you seem to have struggled with the same problems in the same way as I have myself) I suppose I should have been more clear on symptoms and how they have come and gone with the addition of foods. Over the past weeks the coating on my tongue finally dissappeared. It has been getting smaller and smaller when I have been eating saurkraut and drinking beet kvass, but until the past few weeks its never really gone away (chronic for at least the past 2 1/2 years) My fatigue comes and goes but its been getting better and better. I give the credit to animal products -- protien really that contains large amounts of CoQ10 and B12. If my meat is raw its so so so so much better for my body. As we all know cooking destroys most B12. This is just what I've noticed for myself. The one symptom which I'm dying to get rid of and which just won't go away are the deep circles below my eyes and on the bridge of my nose. These are what I'm most concerned about. I've heard that the ones below my eyes relate to poor liver and kidney function and the ones on the bridge of my nose relate to poor adrenal function. I can vouch for the poor adrenal function thing... kidney and liver? They're probably pretty shot... I'd like to know that these can heal and the circles can go away. That'd be awesome... Right now I'm loading up on veggies, keeping cooked protien to a minimum (though I do eat some), eating tons of lacto-fermented foods exercising all the time (I don't have a car) eating raw butter and coconut cream (sometimes real raw sour cream) with everything which I put in my mouth. My healing has been really just proceeding along smoothly since I added more cooked foods though cooked protiens and fats cause all sorts of wierd problems. Still, cooked veggies help me think more clearly so that's a keeper. Legumes, grains and fruits still give me problems... So... the dark eyes thing... does it ever go away? I've posed this question to some other groups and the only response I got back was to eliminate butter since its hard on the liver and kidneys which... for me is not an option. My body needs the fat its one of the things which I think is most helpful to me. Any other experiences or thoughts?
