Guest guest
Hi Bee, I just did some research on that and found some good info. As you know essential tremors are driving me crazy! First your friend needs to rule out that it is not parkinson's. Then if not parkinsons, it can be a result of 1- mercury toxicity 2- lack of sugars and fats 3- too much calcium 3- some drugs cause tremors (I don't take any drugs so I didn't check on which drugs) I do not digest carbs, fats or protein so I am working with my ND to correct this. I am making progress as some poop is starting to sink! That is a sign that I am starting to digest! Newest info that I got from my recent research is that n-3's help with this. So I have started making sure I get at least 2 meals a week of good fish (mercola), take a flax oil supplement (make sure you shake it before you take it) and get some sunshine (vit D)! One other tip was to take extra B-6 and mag. I was already doing that. Hope this helps, Del > Dear Group, > > Does anyone have information on essential tremors.
