>Heidi, can u please re-post the recipe for the " white pizza bread? " i missed

it. thanks, diana

Sure. The " white bread " recipe is below ... I used 3 egg whites instead

of 1 for the pizza, partly to see what would happen. It came out

nice and chewy, held together even with all the pizza junk on top.

Also the sugar makes it a bit sweet, which my hubby likes, but I

think I'd like it not sweet myself so you can omit the sugar (it may

take a little longer to rise, but not much, this rises FAST). The cornstarch

and potato starch flour are just the commercial stuff you find in

the grocery ... they have the sweet rice flour there too (Mochiko). At

least in Washington.

White Bread

2 1/2 c. cornstarch

1/2 c potato starch flour

2 T sweet rice flour

1 egg white

4 1/2 t yeast

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 t xanthan gum

2 C hot tap water

2 1/2 T oil

1 1/2 t salt

Mix everything together in a blender. It will be a fairly thin batter. Pour it

into an UNGREASED angel food cake pan, spray some oil on top of the batter. Let

it rise, but keep an eye on it or it will rise too much. Let it rise in the oven

so you don’t have to move it. It should about double in bulk. Then turn on the

oven and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, then 350 for 40 minutes. Take it

out of the oven, and invert the pan, let it cool well. Then cut it away from the

sides of the pan, push out the bottom piece, and cut it away from the bottom.

This is VERY soft bread. I freeze it before cutting.
