Guest guest Posted March 23, 2004 Report Share Posted March 23, 2004 has anyone tried fermented fish sauce ever ? we didn't have whey so we used some successful beet kvass to culture it. i have never tasted a real fish sauce and nor do i know how a successful batch of fish sauce is supposed to taste and smell like. now it looks like a jar of purple, fishy water...with some smell... bonny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
